Strategy Intensive — Three Session Package

One session solves one problem. Three sessions across a quarter change how you handle the next ones.

We book them roughly a month apart, so there is time to try something between calls and report back. You keep the same notes thread throughout, and I remember the context, which means we never spend a session catching up.

How it usually goes

• Session one is the thing that made you book. We work it and you leave with a plan.
• Session two is what happened when you tried it, and the next hardest thing.
• Session three is usually not about the original problem at all, which is the point.

Sessions expire six months after purchase, and you can hand one to someone else on your team if that turns out to be more useful.
