Strategy Intensive — 90-Minute Session

Some problems do not need a six week program. They need ninety focused minutes with someone who has sat where you are sitting.

Before the call you send me the situation in a few sentences. I come prepared, so we do not spend the first twenty minutes on background. We work the problem, and you leave with a written plan and the words to use.

This works well for

• A restructure or a team change you have to announce
• One person on the team who has become the whole problem
• A promotion conversation you are not sure how to open
• Deciding whether to keep someone, and how to be fair about it

What you get

• A ninety minute session on video
• My notes and the plan we agreed, written up afterwards
• One follow up message a fortnight later to see what happened

If it turns out that what you actually need is the group program, I will tell you, and the fee comes off the price.
